Tantra as a Path to Self

For me, Tantra massage is not just a technique or a massage style. It's a way to be fully present – in the body, in the breath, in the touch. I believe that through conscious touch and a safe space, we can connect with our inner strength, sensitivity, and truthfulness. That it is often in the body that we find answers to questions we've been resolving in our heads for years.

I am not a healer, but a sensitive guide who, through conscious touch and presence, opens a space where you can gently and naturally return to yourself. Where you can slow down, take a breath, and relax. Where you can be seen, heard, and feel safe. Where there is no need to prove anything – just to be. Just as you are right now.

My work is largely bodywork – through touch, massage, breath, and presence. Work that is not about performance, but about perception. That invites you back into contact with yourself. Into depth, into gentleness, into trust. But equally important is the work with what is happening inside – with emotions, the heart, and the soul. Because touch never touches just the body.

I am here to hold space. So you don't have to handle everything alone. So you can rest for a moment, feel nurtured, safe, and at peace.

Every meeting is different. Every woman is different. That's why I don't work according to templates. I don't look for techniques, but for a common path.

About me

For more than 15 years, I have been professionally dedicated to Tantric massages and massage-psychotherapeutic techniques. I have worked long-term in renowned studios and also have my own practice. I have completed training in systemic constellations and a psychotherapeutic approach.

I have also gained valuable experience as an assistant and lecturer, especially in Art of Being® workshops under the guidance of Alan Lowen. I have been involved in organizing trainings and seminars for a long time, for example for Ma Ananda Sarita, Robert Silber, and others. I also organize my own seminars focused on conscious bodywork and touch.
